I have my domain, savethepolarbears.net, hosted at a company owned by godaddy. I went to change the namerserver on my domain, and I changed them to:

NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM

Then i went to my account details and changed the domain there to my domain.

However, when go to savethepolarbears.net, the site doesn't come up and all that comes up is:

The page cannot be displayed

The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

..... etc

is there anything I am doing wrong?

Okay, the nameservers have updated, I just looked. In the account details section, does it now show your site domain as being savethepolarbears.net? I am gonna post my generic response to it now, make sure this has all been done.

Nameservers should set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, Once they are changed, login to www.x10hosting.com/login and find the "Account Details" section, check the box to use your own domain and enter it there. Or, you can "Park" it in the cPanel section of your website to keep your existing domain as your main one.

I had it working for a while, but it just came up again as "Cannot find server", but it worked a minute ago.

They are working on the servers, deleting inactive accounts which in turn has taken it's toll on the server. Wait until that's finished, which should restore normal operation.
