Problem with nameservers

Ok so i recently signed up and i tried adding a addon domain, but i can't seem to get it to point to x10 servers...

I've tried ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com as name servers but it didn't work, I also tried the ip 198.91.81.4 (which is my servers ip, vox) on my own nameservers ns1.gazzamc.com, ns2.gazzamc.com but none of them work..

could someone tell me what i need to do in order to get my addon domain working?
