Problem With New Account

Hi, I have created an account with yourselves and everyrhint was running smoothly until a few moments ago when i was uploading some scripts to play with via FTP, Now when I type the URL into the address bar i am getting a ''page cannot be displayed'' error on firefox AND IE7, But obviously my internet is working as I am writing this and am signed on to MSN,

Any Ideas??

This has happened to me also before. The server must have blocked your IP as mine became blocked when that happened and I could not access the server until my IP was added to the allowed list. I will move this to level 2 support.

Well, HTTP and FTP are online on your server, so it's not that they are down.

Could you try again now? I've added your IP to the firewall's allow list. It may have been blocked.

If you cannot load your site still, could you run a trace root to your domain, and post the results here?
