Problem with PDO

Hello, I upload my web host whith my php application, and when I access to my DB from any page i recived this error;
Code: 
 	 [h=2]Error 500[/h]   include(PDO.php) [<a href='function.include'>function.include</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I don't know why
