Problem with upload

Hi,

I just applied for free web space. I tried to upload my php files via FTP. It does not work. My files was not uploaded. The uploading progress bar just stop at 0%, and then I got disconnected! I tried this couple times, but it still does work. So, I changed to upload by File Manager. First, I tried to upload a zip file (200 KB). Then, the uploading bar showed up and said "Start Uploading" but it's never moved. I waited for couple minutes, then it showed "Complete". However, I cannot see the file in any folders. Also, I found that my disk space decreased. Could someone help me out please?

I see "survey-2_2.tar.gz" in the root of your account.

Is that what you were trying to upload?

I restarted the FTP server, try uploading them again.

Thank you for replying. However, I still cannot upload my zip file (240KB) via FTP. I got disconnected almost immediately after I tried to upload something. Also, I still cannot use File Manger to upload my file.

I tried to upload my zip file to /www/survey/

At last I got it. I changed to use FileZilla and add the registry key from CPannel. Then, it works!
