Problem with websense block

For some reason http://boru.x10hosting.com has been blocked at my college and i've been using the free host for my coursework to host my website. They decided to go on a rampage blocking things but usually simply adding https would fix the problem as long as the website supported it however in this case the webpage just loads constantly so when it came to adding a forum i couldn't access cpanel to add a mysql database.

Just wondering if its something you guys could do on your end to make it possible for me to use it again with the https or something simple. Thanks, Chris.

Nope it just loads constantly, im not really sure why, i tried using my phone but it kicked me out saying my ip had changed which you expect using a mobile network. Its just a pain cause i can do anything apart from use cpanel.
