Problem with WordPress backup

I'm trying to perform a backup of my word-press brand site but its not allowing me and keeps giving me an error regarding the hosting execution time limit.

So is there any way i am able to increase this to a couple minutes because its currently at 0 seconds and i really need to perform this backup!

I've put this in Free Hosting, maybe you'll have better luck in here.

As for the backup, I don't know WordPress that well, but maybe you'd be better off backing up outside of the software itself. For example, ZIP the WP folder on your hosting account, and export the database through Phpmyadmin or similar through cPanel.

short answer is - no
and my test script on x10hosting's free-hosting server [ xo3 ] shows [ "PHP maximum execution time" is (seconds) ==>30<== " ]

the current limit is for all users accounts on your x10hosting's free-hosting server which is the same for all x10hosting's free-hosting servers
