1st - When did you sign up?
... If you just signed up between Friday and today, the auto-account creation script was disabled by the admin. I haven't seen an update to see if its been turned back on ... but there was a message stating that the admin found some issues with the server and is working on it.
2nd - Have you made sure to check Spam / Bulk mail folder? Made sure that mail from x10hosting is not blocked by your e-mail provider?
