Problem

I wanna install a forum but not knowing what is my database name/user :| where can i get those ?

On your Cpanel, scroll down till you see the MySql Wizard ( I believe thats what its called )
Click that and follow the instructions. That will set you up a MySql database ...

Login there, find the MySQL section. There should be a video tutorial up to you can watch.
