I've posted my unsuspension request as instructed but it is yet to be answered, i understand you are very busy but i think i am suspended erroneously as it says the suspension will be lifted yesterday, i am at a loss as to what to do as i would like to upgrade to premium hosting by today but i need access to my site first in order to do so.

Your request has been answered, and no, the suspension type you had is not automatically unsuspended, that field also shows when the account was suspended.
