Pregunte porque como podia acceder perfectamente al servidor y borrar cosas de el pero no subirlas, no me parecio offline :S

Al parecer la partición /home estaba llena..

si es lo que dicen que esta lleno de verdad, no lo veo bien. cuansdo solicitamos el servicio nos ofrecen 2 gb no tng ni 2 mb y no puedo subir ma porque esta lleno...

No está llena tu cuenta, sino la partición /home/. Se está trabajando para que no halla mas inconvenientes.
