No se que sucede, pero mi cuenta creo que se ha suspendido. Tenía una dirección de email configurada de unos clientes y esta ha dejado de funcionar.
Cuando intento acceder a mi cuenta, sí que puedo logearme, pero posteriormente me aparece el siguiente mensaje:
"LINK YOUR HOSTNG ACCOUNT: In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!"
Si no me equivoco el usuario es kicohe y no me lo reconoce. ¿Podríais indicarme los datos de mi cuenta para poder reactivar la cuenta y la dirección de email?

Y la cuenta de email que configuré es: servicioalcliente@kicoshelados.com
