I just installed this CMS Drupal 7 I have already installed other harassment free but gives me the same error, I think it must be server problems or crashes, I wonder if I can help these problems are.

Acabo de instalar este CMS drupal 7 ya lo he instalado en otros hostig gratis pero me da el mismo error, pienso que debe ser problemas o bloqueos del servidor, quisiera saber si me pueden ayudar estos son los problemas.

Su servidor es capaz de mostrar progreso de subida de archivo, pero no tiene las bibliotecas necesarias. Se recomienda instalar la biblioteca uploadprogress de PECL (preferida) o instalar APC.

La configuración de su sistema o red no permite a Drupal acceder a páginas web, lo que produce un funcionamiento limitado. Esto se puede deber a la configuración de su servidor web o a las opciones de su PHP. Debe resolverlo para poder descargar información sobre informaciones disponibles, obtener información de los canales de noticias, iniciar sesión a través de OpenID o usar servicios que dependan de la conexión de red. Si está seguro de que Drupal puede acceder a páginas web y aún así sigue viendo este mensaje, puede agregar add $conf['drupal_http_request_fails'] = FALSE; al final de su archivo settings.php.
