Problems getting started

Hello all,

I just signed up (around 10:30am EST) for an ad-free account. I've gotten back the emails from hosting and hosting forum confirming my account details.

However, I am not able to get started. I am unable to log into cpanel using my account username, nor with my forum username. I keep getting a login error.

Also, is there a simple help page to get started with uploading my website? I am a bit lost.

My problem starting up seems very similar to a recent one posted by 'myedgeforum'..

i am not able to assit u with your cp issues as i am not an admin but how are u going to be uploading your site? via ftp or file manager.Also which cms will u be using? is it going to require you change php versions. i'd be more then happy to assist u with gettin the site on the server but these are questions u'll need to answer before u start. mostly because the php verision change takes a little while and is best done in advance from my experience.
