I signed up for an ad-free account aways back, everything was good. I tried logging in today and it's asking me to link to my hosting account. I put in my username jdobbs and I'm told it can't find the account. I tried re-signing up and I'm told that account already exists. Can someone help me out?

Thanks,
jdobbs

When did you register? You have to be active on the forums every two weeks or your account will be suspended. After 10 days of suspension it's terminated automatically.

Well I just signed up, and I have the same issue. It claims my account does not exist, but I used the same SN for both the hosting and the forums. Yet it fails. SIGH

OK, for those who just signed up, account creations are in the queue and will not be created until Corey and his team have resolved several key issues resulting from the recent move of MySQL to a new server. With creations on, things would be out of control.

I signed up about a month or so ago I would guess. So that sounds like the problem. Is the Ad based hosting the same? I need to stay active on the forums? How do I get the Ad-Free hosting unsuspended?

Thanks for the help!

Anyone who does not log into the forums once every two weeks, that account will go into an" Inactivity" suspension. If you fail to request a suspension lift(or do it yourself via the suspension page) in 10 days or so the account will be automatically terminated.
