problems signing up???

yo, im getting probs signing up on the free server, it says thevertification codes wrong and the email is incorrect or somethin???
one other thing, does it host php??

The server does have php.

Not sure about the error you're getting. Might want to try again in a bit

here's the error i get:
Error: Your E-Mails did not match
Error: Image Verification Code did not match

even though there isnt a 2nd e-mail field and there's no image vertification

EDIT: it still does it sometimes, but now it also says this when it cant find any other excuse, Error: is already existed in our cPanel server
