Why do X10hosting have so many issues with with there service ?
Why when something is running fine do they change things that then stop it running ?
When there is a problem no one actually responds with an ETA for a fix. Guys in the forum are great but at the end of the day it dont fix the issue.
My sites over the last few months have maybe not been up more than 30% of the time. The disappear for days or even weeks. I am now into my 3rd week with out being able to access my site. I have thought about and even asked about moving to a paid account. My worry is how do I know what service I will get after I have parted with my money ? Do they offer a 30 day money back offer ? At least then they can prove themselves.
Yes maybe you can see from this i am starting to get a little hacked off. The forums would not be so full of people asking the same things over and over if the service was a little more reliable or if they actually said what the issues are and when they expect to fix them.
