Problems with Chopin?

I have an account on Chopin and when I try to connect to my site, I get an error stating that the connection timed out. I can get the CPanel to connect but it goes really, really slow (to the point that it practically doesn't load a page most times). Does anyone know what's going on? I didn't see anything in the service alerts or announcements about Chopin.

I read it still has to do with the database problems they've been having and that the staff are aware of the issue. Not sure how true that is, but I've also experienced the exact same issues today so I guess time will tell.
