I am trying to install my php and it uses eval, I waited 4 hours, as said in other posts, then 12 hours, and now 24 and so far there is still this error.
Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

I'm sorry my fault, my fault. I didn't apply for intermediate php configuration. I just posted my request and hopefully the problem will be solved soon. I apologize for double posting. Thank you guys, just delete/lock this.
