Problems with FTP

Hi!,
I was recently unsuspended and my website its ON again, but im having a little problem with FTP. The FTP adress of my site don't work ( ftp.aventhor.x10hosting.com ), but the File Manager works. Anyway, its kinda a trouble if i'm going to upload all the time (actually im modding my own forum, so you should know how problematic would be if i use the built-in File Manager xD), for that reason im needing to use an FTP Client like SmartFTP, but can't connect.

I would be very grateful if any administrator could do something for this (at least a response like "It's temporal just wait x hours/days/weeks)

Edit: Apparently it got fixed, maybe was just temporal ^^'

first of all try a possible ways because you have a ftp client you can try aventhor.x10hosting.com.
and you must now your ftp must have the correct login account + pw, look for it in cpanel.

I have looked at the server status and ftp is up. Try using the freeservers ip address and your login details for cpanel. That should work for you. The ip address can be gotten from your cpanel also.

Look at my last post. Get the ip address from your cpanel and use your login details to get your ftp working. Just incase I was wrong about my answer I checked the server status and ftp is operational.

ARGH! I'm sorry, but I have had zero ftp for over 24 hours? ANY ideas at all please someone? So many things left undone still and I really urgently need continue...
