Problems with PhppgAdmin

Hello,
I have problems with PhppgAdmin, when I try to access it via control panel, I get this message "Your PHP installation does not support PostgreSQL. You need to recompile PHP using the --with-pgsql configure option."

Can anyone help please, what's wrong?
