Problems with Stoli

Ok

I have hosting on stoli and it comes up with Error 500 if you attempt to upload via PHP, I have PHP version Intermediate.

cPanel username: homearca

Script is from: http://www.php-mysql-tutorial.com/php-mysql-upload.php

But if I try uploading without it doing anything else I still get the error 500

If you haven't realised it's nothing to do with the script, it's your servers.
