Problems with the hosting account

My default home page index.html is not showing in the web browser. I see there is something wrong in the settings. I can not fix it ..I tried in many ways by cPanel but I have the same problem

http://photography.x10hosting.com NOT WORKING

Can you please fix this for me ? Or reset to defult settings on cPanel with out deleting my files.. If there is not another option and you have to delete the files is OK.. I have a buckup..
