For some reason, my account is saying i can not have any MYSQL Databases, i do not have any E-Mail Accounts and My Customer Loggin does not work.

Just wondering if this is from your end or mine.

Hey, the problem is that the cpannel is saying i am not allowed to creat any MYSQL databases, and i can not creat any E-Mail accounts. When i try to log in as a Customer it just refreshes the page.
