People clearly know that physical exercises are good for
physical health. However, the importance of
physical exercises in promoting mantel health is not
so widely understood.

Physical exercises promote a person’s mantel health
in two ways:
1.They may adjust the person’s hormones to a better situation to let him/her have a good mood.
2. They can strengthen a person’s determination.
