Psd to HTML to Template

Ok, so basically i have a PSD file that i want to use as my template.

I took it to imageready and sliced it. Now what?

Programs i have:

Photoshop CS2 9.0
Dreamweaver 8, Flash 8, etc.

Im pretty sure you open it infrontpage or something or w/e and deleted the sliced part and theres a table and then replace color, atleats thats what I do, seeing I just started like 2 weeks ago. Lol try that and see how it works, im not sure if thats how most people do it but its a start.

ok, now i cant figure out how to delete the slices from the HTML document

when i go to the file on my site, it comes up with this
