I was having error message [function.Smarty-require-once]
for that I deleted all files in public.html directory to reload cms files freshly.
but with that original file required from server side also get deleted. So hence when I feshly
install CMS file I can not go ahead. So please install original file in Public. html on folllowing site

It's not public.html it's public_html That could be the reason it isn't working? And we don't keep backups of the free accounts.
