Pusblishing problems with my website !

When I go to publish my website it does not show the menu bar at the top. I have tried multiple times to refresh with F5 but it has done nothing for me at all. is there a Server Problem with the Website builder, If so please let me know. Thanks. I have a two month deadline to get my website up and running and I can't be late.

If you're using the site builder, the best thing to do is to clear your browser's cache/history entries for your site, then restart your browser. (Or you can use a different browser/machine to view your site.) Something about the styling in the editor messes with the styling in viewing the site, and other users tend to see things the way you intended even if you can't. That's a problem, yes, but it still works better than the other sitebuilders that have been tried here before, and they're all third party software that x10hosting can't monkey with beyond creating branded themes.
