python & bottlepy

Is it possible to serve pages using bottlepy through the cgi-bin?
or is it only possible to use python's cgi class?

i am used to using bottlepy and apache with mod_wsgi but I know it is possible to run bottlepy straight from python using a server like cherrypy ......?

Unfortunately, Python and Perl (ie CGI) have been disabled on the Free Hosting Servers due to abuse by a minority of users. While it might be possible that the Admins will decide to enable them in the future, there have been no announcements to that effect.

You will have to upgrade to one of the paid packages to use Python on x10hosting.

i thought i heard that okay,
then say i did upgrade how would i install cherrypy, bottlepy & mako?
