Do the webservers use/allow us to use Python? Im willing to use the Google SiteMap script but im not really sure it it will be able to work or not.

I am sorry I cannot answer this question. It's too bad that I am the only staff member on right now though.

I will see (if this post gets drowned by the morning) to it that a senior/admin will answer this question for you. Although you could do a small Python test to see if the hosting allows it.

Hahaha, I'd so laugh if someone tried a script that used Python on a server and the hosts were running a script that suspended accounts using Python :p

I tried it on my other host (not named for good reasons) but the files wont run, it keeps making me download the files instead of run them :( . This got a nuisence so I stopped trying.

So ya, there goes my confidence with Google's SiteMap script as I do not know how the hell they expect it to be installed if web browsers keep trying to download the file/s - I think its only ment for people that run a website off their PC's or own the whole web server.

actually all the scripts that do work for the server are .php or at least the ones I know. Also I don't think that there is python support on the server, I could be wrong though.
