Query port 23000 blocked

Hey there me again , my gamestatus page at

http://bf1942.exofire.net/STATS-OLD ,

is not working anymore , when i sign up it was working fine its a basic php script that pings a server to get some information about it , querying port 23000(gamespy ) on the server .

Moved to level two support
The firewall is most likely blocking it.
