Reason:I don't now how to instal that skin into PHP-NUKE and i can not find it ether.

So can someone do that fore my please.

There should be a tutorial somewheres on the internet, maybe even at the php-nuke homepage. You have to upload it and install it yourself unless you want to compromise your password to someone who you have never met or seen before (not a wise idea)
