Question About Ads

We are currently enrolled in your free corporate hosting plan. We have added the Corporate Ad to our index.html. We were just wondering if you guys want us to put the ad on every page or just our home page? If you want it on every page just let us know. It's not a big problem for us to change that. Also does it matter where we place the ad? It is currently at the bottom of the page. It is visible.

The ad has to be on every page.
The corporate ad must be near the top. When we check your account we shouldn't have to scroll down to see it.

There is not a lot of room above our actual website. Is there a way to make the ad a sidebar ad. So, instead of being horizontal, it would be vertical?

We currently don't have the vertical ads in yet, I made an attempt the other week to put some in but didn't go that well .

The ads have to be seen without scrolling on your page, so they do not need to be at the very top.
