question about DDoS firewall

Is my forum hosted on x10Hosting is protected from DDoS? My forum is powered by Discuz! and I am not sure it has the self-protection function.

In your terms of service, you said:
  • May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 120 seconds at a time.
  • May not use more than 50% of available CPU resources for more than 5 minutes out of a 60 minute period.
  • May not use more than 820MB of memory combined between processes
  • May not have more than 10 processes running at any given time.
But sometime I cannot control how many people are using my forum, what can I do to keep CPU and RAM usage under control?
