Question about ftp problem

when i login my account using ftp client, i could not log in but got this error messgae:

STATUS Getting listing ""...

STATUS Resolving host name tinhbuon.x10hosting.com...

ERROR Can't resolve "tinhbuon.x10hosting.com".

i just want to make sure is it involved with the DNS thingy, cause i don't want to get banned form posting the DNS related issue.

Yes it is DNS related. "Can't resolve "tinhbuon.x10hosting.com"."


Try to use the direct IP address until this is all straightened out.

or
70.86.136.178/~[Account Name Here]/
