Question About Having More Then One Domain

My Question About Having More Then One Domain Is This, Is It Per IP Or Per Person? Cause My Sister Would Like To Have Her Own Domain. It Would Be On Her Email And She'll Be Manageing It All I'll Be Doing Is Helping Her With Web Design And General Management Till She Gets the Hang Of It.( Shes Relatively Ne To CPanel And Web Design) Would This Be Ok?

You should be fine, since my brother also uses my comp to access his cpanel and forum.
