If its an auto-forward, then it is more ok, than just no-one seeing index, because there is rule that requires working site (forums = working site).

What I would do, even if the staff says it is ok, I would put up a page (index.html) that says your forums are ____. Just in case someone types yoursite.com/index.html, that way you are covered no matter which one someone types in to get to your site.

Your site redirects correctly to your forums, when you type the URL: http://clmovie.pcriot.com/
It's fine to have a redirection, and you won't have troubles with this.
