Question about Python hosting with x10hosting premium plans?

I am currently using the free plan, but I was told by https://x10hosting.com/wiki/Plan_comparison that x10's paid/Illuminated plan supports Python for $1 a month. Awesome!

I am currently developing a project in Django 1.8 and Python 3.5, with some third party Django stuff installed through pip. Will this work with the Python hosting option on x10hosting?

Can you choose which version of Python your site runs on? Does it support pip, egg, wheel, etc? Are there any restrictions?

Also, I have something else on a different domain name (currently hosted on my free account) written in PHP and static HTML. Can I host two different domains with radically different languages and structures on the same account?

Any answers or clarification would be appreciated. Sorry is these questions sound elementary as I am just starting with Python (and MVC frameworks in general).

the only supported server-side scripting language on x10hosting's free-Hosting servers is PHP
