What do you plan on storing in the database?
For most normal usages, there should be no problem.

If you plan on loading up a database with several Gigs, the Admins might ask how it relates to your website.

The hard-set limit used to be that it was considered part of the normal disk usage; on the older plans, if you had 3gb then your site and database could total no more than 3gb together.

Given that it's set to unmetered disk at the moment, what descalzo said holds true - if there's suddenly a gigantic db a few gigs in size, it'll raise some eyebrows (besides likely not being very fast) :)
