question about suspension

Hi,
My account was suspended twice today. The reason is "High server resource usage". I am quite confused about this because at least for the second time, I just used cpanel and tried to edit my webpage. I am wondering how that can cause high usage of server and also, is there a way to avoid it?

Something on your site is using too much of the server's cpu and/or memory.
What scripts are you running?
