question about switching between hosting

Im going to change from Ad-Free to Ad-Enhanced, and i know i have to terminate my account. if i zip my forums and blog folder up, and then upload them back after i re register, will all my forums and blog entries still be there, or will they be gone?

Also, will my php version still be intermediate, or will i have to change again?

Along with the backup of files, you'll also need to make a backup of the database(s) your forum and blog uses.

Your PHP configuration will revert back to the Basic version when you re-sign up; simply submit a request for Intermediate again and your account will be upgraded.

ok, thanks... so how do i backup the MySQL databases, and reupload them?

You can backup your MySQL databases, home, etc in cPanel. There's a Backup option.
