Beside the recent servers troubles, I am overall very satisfied with what x10hosting.com is offering and their tools meet all my need. And it's free.
My only issue is the reliability. Several times a day, I will check my websites and they would happen to be down or extremely slow.
I try again 5 minutes later and it's working perfectly fine.
Since my websites are promotion tools for my work, it is annoying to know that it might happen to a potential client who won't give it another chance.
Do you know if this issue is on its way to be resolved? And what does cause it exactly? I posted a ticket but the answer was that it's working normally...
