Question about what I am allowed to create on a free account.

I am new to the whole website creating and this will be the first website I make. I was wanting to know before I get started if it is ok to make a small text based game? I read the terms of service and it said something about games not being allowed but it didn't say if that included a text based one. I just want to make sure so that I don't do anything to get myself banned for violation of the ToS.

Yes, you are allowed to build a game and host it on your account. However, you cannot decide that you will use your account to provide another server for a game or to host game downloads and patches.
