I am an Ad Free Account user. I am using my x10hosting for a Friendster Tracker Widget. Necessary ad is placed.

Will my account get suspended if I don't have a working website?

You must have some sort of index in place other than x10hosting's original index. Otherwise when Account Managers come around to review sites and find the original indexes still in place after 7 days they get suspended. Thats why people should read up
