QUESTION: How to: WordPress emailed posts with MySQL error

CPanel front end on stoli loading ever so slowly - work must be in progress

NOTE:Server Status and Detail do not note the MySQL errors after logging into CPanel.

Databases appear in CPanel but not online. Online connection to URL this error message:
Error establishing a database connection


Yesterday 17 March my WordPress and Joomla sites reported MySQL database connection issues. Today I am seeing the same issue. This is likely related to the recent status report on the MySql database server issues..... BUT

How do I get my automated posts to WordPress to post AFTER there is a MySQL issue?

I think it is not possible. You have to wait for sometime until everything is OK
