How come the static plan in ad-enhanced says that ads aren't required? Here's a link to where I mean:

Static's an older plan from when X10 didn't have the ad-free and ad-enhanced sections.
In truth it probably _should_ need ads, but part of why it doesn't is just how much you CAN'T do with Static - you can't run forums, because theres no mysql databases, and you can't run web-games, because theres no mysql databases OR cronjobs.
I'd call it X10's answer to the other free hosts that still require ads when they give you less (one particular rival gives 40mb space, still needs a text link, and doesn't allow php at all - x10 gives 100mb space, lets php go, and DOESN'T need the link
