My account keeps on being suspended like every two or three days. It says i have not logged in for at least two weeks but I do log in. I logged in the other day, less than a week and it suspended the account. Why does it do that? And how can i fix it so it does not keep being suspened if I am logging in every two weeks. Now my account is unsuspended but I have people who go on my sites and if it becomes suspended then it will be a problem for those viewers.

Just to clarify, you are logging into the forums once every two weeks, correct? You are not just logging into Cpanel or FTP?

Yes, I am logging in both, the x10hosting site and the cpanel/ftp. Yet it does that. I don't want to log on everyday to make sure it doesn't suspend for this reason because I won't be able to log on everyday.

You have to visit (and login to) the Forums at least once every two weeks. Just logging into the Account panel via the homepage won't keep your account unsuspended.

Note - you don't have to post in the Forums, just logging in will do.

Hi there, I am brand new member...and this is very interesting. Is this step implemented to ensure minimum site visitors/page view per month? Or is there some other reason? I was think of putting up a small blog site where I don't have to log-in at all. Guess I have to rethink!

All we ask is you login to the forums ( here - this location, http://forums.x10hosting.com ) once every two weeks. This is written quite plainly in our TOS ( #7 ). You do not have to have visitors to your site, or log in to your Cpanel / FTP / Blog / etc.

Well, it's pretty easy to stay logged in frog. All you really have to do is just tell the forum to remember you, and then once a week, just take a quick visit and make sure you are logged in and you're all set. All this is to do is prevent dead accounts from collecting and taking up server resources.

I have lifted your suspension. You were suspended for "Inactivity".
Please make sure you log into the x10hosting forums once every two weeks to keep from further inactivity suspensions.
