Question Regarding Ad Placement

I have a question regarding the ad code placement, Right now i am trying two different options. I have it in the Left Block of the Php-nuke site right now with unlimited impressions, is that ok? or does it need to be in a more open place? I also made a frame with the adcode there as well but it will mess up with some of the admin frame areas.

Is the phpnuke adblock good enough?
