I'm sure some of you have heard of weebly which is a website hosting company. The thing is weebly doesn't support PHP. So I was wondering if it's breaking the ToS if I put my php scripts here and made an iframe on weebly that links it on my x10hosting scripts.

That would be considered script hosting because you are using your free hosting account solely for storing files/scripts without having a real website hosted here. So yes, it would be breaking the Terms of Service.

Why not host your entire Weebly website here rather than just the PHP components? Using iframes to load parts of a webpage isn't recommended anyway.
