question to adminstration

i need to host a site for my organization (Red Crescent) but however my site will be in mostly chinese.. its against the TOS but could admin give me an exemption? because i can't get the host that could give me most feature as x10hosting provide..

if that is an offend that can't be excuse, and i will try to resolve the problem myself..

Unfortunately we can't make exceptions from this rule. However if all content is also available in English French or Spanish then that is acceptable.
